Woo Hoo! Our cup runneth over.  Just a few hours ago, JVST stood atop all other comers and took the trophy as the best team in the state!! It took a while to tally the results, but who knows why. I’m no math whiz, but we uh….how do I say this without being crass….creamed ‘em. I’m sure Brian will post the complete results, but I must say that this year felt different than the rest. For those JVST parents who are used to the 45 minutes of boredom bookended by 2 minutes of heart-wrenching/warming/palpitating anxiety, this year Jasper’s tent city of newspapers and magazines was largely empty as parents cheered on all the swimmers all the time. Ok, all the JVST swimmers all the time. Sorry. Truth hurts. My hats are off to all the hard working coaches, parents and swimmers that made this happen….again!

You know what we should do? We should get a wicked good band and have a party to celebrate!
